Ongoing coaching is guided by the results of the assessment and the type of training the client desires.

What the Assessment Is

The Movement & Strength Assessment is the starting point for all coaching at Forge Strength Lab.

It is not a workout or performance test. It is a guided session designed to understand how you move, how you train, and what starting point will support safe, confident progress.

The information gathered during the session determines where your program begins and helps guide future training decisions.

Forge Strength Lab Opening Soon

What the Assessment Is Not

The assessment is not a medical exam, diagnosis, or treatment session. It is also not a high-intensity workout or pass/fail test.

There is no pressure to perform. The goal is clarity — not proving anything.

What Happens During the Assessment

The session is one-on-one and focused on understanding your goals, training history, and foundational movement patterns relevant to strength training.

What Happens After the Assessment

After the assessment, we review the findings together and discuss the most appropriate next step. There is no obligation to continue beyond the assessment.

All coaching at Forge Strength Lab begins here so training decisions can be made clearly and intentionally from the start.

When you’re ready to get started, schedule your Movement & Strength Assessment.

The assessment is a standalone session designed to give you clarity about your training and the best path forward.
